Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. 6. Insurance
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Ariane Poole Cosmetics Ltd. until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
