1. All Returns, Refunds & Exchanges are collectively referred to as “Returns”
1.1 We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us for a Refund or Exchange, we’ve made it as simple as possible. Just return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
1.2 Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
a) There is no charge to exchange an item although exchanges are subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item please clearly write the replacement shade and enclose it with your return.
b) Returns must be in reasonable condition meaning that they are in the same condition as they were receive and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return and make any deductions where applicable. Please send your returns to:

c) If the value of the goods you are returning is over £150 please contact Customer Services via +44 (0)845 6803459 or firstname.lastname@example.org so that we are expecting your return.
d) You are responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us and for any costs incurred unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect in which case Ariane Poole Cosmetics will reimburse your postage costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable courier service to return your items to us, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us.
You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
2. Faulty Goods
2.1 If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.
3. Gift Returns
If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, you may exchange it for a Gift Card or credit to your Ariane Poole account by following the returns procedure outlined above.
Refunds will be issued back to the credit or debit card that you used to place your Order. This will appear in your account within five (5) days depending on your card issuer. If you originally paid for your Order using your PayPal account and returned it to us via post, then your refund will be made back to your PayPal account.
Promotional discounts and refunds
If a promotional discount applied to your Order originally, then the same discount will be applied to each Product of your Order that you return. This means that you will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your Order or any given Product. Further, any free promotional gift given with an Order must also be returned if you are returning the Product(s) to which the gift related.
